Our client, a rapidly growing company with its own production of premium oil and gas equipment, is seeking a professional for the position of:

Completions Engineer (Downhole Sand Screens and Inflow Control Devices)

This role requires relocation to Saint Petersburg, although the company is open to discussing other locations, including Novosibirsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, and Tyumen. For finalists relocating from other regions, our client offers compensation for apartment rental. The work schedule is Monday through Friday (5/2), with occasional trips to offshore platforms.

Objectives

• Ensuring the quality of lower completion equipment before shipment to platforms (downhole sand screens and inflow control devices).

• Overseeing and installing nozzles in inflow control devices according to project specifications.

• Supervising the run-in-hole process of equipment on offshore platforms.

• Maintaining project documentation.

• Communicating with clients regarding equipment manufacturing, delivery, and installation.

• Analyzing client needs for innovative completion equipment and contributing to the development of new equipment types.

Expectations

• 5+ years of experience in lower completions on offshore projects.

• Higher technical education.

• Proven experience in the successful installation of downhole sand screens and inflow control devices.

• Experience with intelligent completion systems is a strong advantage.

• Willingness to travel to offshore platforms.

• Excellent self-organization, strong communication skills, and a drive for professional development.
